I want to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with Helidubai. I booked a ticket, and the transaction went smoothly, showing that the time was available when I made my purchase. However, I was later informed that my booking was canceled because that time was no longer available. Since I was only in Dubai for one day, I was unable to reschedule, which was very disappointing. When I went to their location, I was told that I didn't have a reservation at all. Additionally, I have been trying to contact them for a refund but have received no response. This experience has been quite upsetting and frustrating , and I sincerely hope for a resolution soon.

Great experience. Place was easy to reach by car and has a big parking lot. Pre-tour preparations and check-in were smooth and easy. Helicopter tour was amazing and offered a great view of several landmarks of Dubai.

Fantastic staff. All very friendly (except the woman selling photos, got annoyed that my mobile data didn't work?) Great flight, pilot was great, talking, reception, security and all other staff amazing!

The most unique 12 minutes of our lives… HeliDubai was certainly one of the highlights of our holiday. The whole experience was incredibly special. Safety is paramount and we felt secure & confident heading into the skies over the coastline to Dubai city. Amazing views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Palm Island & Jumeirah Beach. Some wonderful memories have been captured so a huge thank you to the whole team :)
