It's a tunnel about 250 meters long, and the experience ended. I didn't like it. you can see the aquarium from outside from the Dubai mall, you don’t have to pay for it. This attraction should be free.

Place is definitely worth to see. Its giant three floors of water and variety of animals too see. Only issues is cost of the pictures are just as much as the entry cost. Especially if you want to be up-close with penguins they require you to keep cell phones outside and charge 200 AED for one picture.
